The Fresno State Symphonic Band is the second on campus wind band and is open to music majors and non-music majors alike. The ensemble is conducted by Associate Director of Bands, Mr. Steve McKeithen. Auditions are held the first week of each semester. Symphonic Band is offered as a 1 unit course each semester. The ensemble has a reputation of being ideal for non-music majors that prefer a less demanding list of repertoire.
